Firm Overview

The law firm of Fosco Fullett Rosenlund PC provides high-quality legal services in the areas of community association law, real estate law, commercial litigation, estate planning and corporate law. The firm’s clients include hundreds of community associations (including condominium associations, townhome associations, homeowners associations and cooperatives) located throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, as well as business entities and individuals. The firm is responsive to the needs of its clients, maintaining a high degree of personal contact with them. We are proud of the ongoing and long-term relationships we routinely establish and maintain with our clients.

The firm is comprised of six attorneys and a capable support staff. Our main office is located in Arlington Heights, Illinois. We also maintain offices in downtown Chicago and in Homewood, Illinois, which increases our efficiency in serving our clients located in Chicago and its South and Southwest Suburbs.
