Paul Fosco is a founding member and shareholder in the firm. His practice is concentrated in the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowners associations and handling real estate, estate planning, corporate and business matters. He has more than 20 years of experience in representing various individual, commercial and institutional clients. He received his B.A in Business Administration from DePaul University in 1981 and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1985. Mr. Fosco has authored numerous articles relating to real estate and mortgage lending laws in Illinois and is a current member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association (IRELA).
